At DART auto we want you to be happy with the items you have purchased. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please send us an email including your name, the item part number and the problem you are having with the part.
We will help you correct the problem, get you the right part or advise you how to return the product for a refund. You may return products within 30 days of shipment for a refund or replacement. Items over $500 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless they are defective or are misrepresented on our website as to name brand, quality or application.
In other words, if you buy a set of pistons and they are defective or are not the right application for your car, you can return or exchange them without penalty. If you decide you want to buy a used motor instead of rebuilding your old motor and want to return the pistons you will have to pay a 15% restocking fee. It may take up to 30 days after we receive a product for return for the credit to show up on your statement.
