DART auto offers Free Ground Shipping on most orders over $100 from our Porsche, Audi, VW, Mini Cooper and BMW catalogs. Orders placed by 1PM MST usually ship the same day from our California warehouse directly to your door.
Certain oversize or extra heavy items like brake rotors, bumpers, fenders and hoods may not include free shipping. They are charged by dimensional weight at our reduced FedEx rates and we do cover a portion of the shipping cost. The more you spend the larger your shipping credit.
Orders from our SAFETY GEAR & PERFORMANCE PARTS catalog are not eligible for free shipping and will be shipped separately from our Denver, Colorado warehouse.
Although we will be happy to answer your questions on the phone or via email, our system works most efficiently if you place your orders online. That way you can make sure that all of the information was entered correctly. It also automates the tracking number process. Customers who place orders online will receive a Fedex tracking number the day after the parts ship.
DART auto employs real time inventory. If you can add a part to your shopping cart, it is in stock. Parts that are out of stock will say "out of stock" next to them.
